Administration tasks: 1-Carrying out administrative
and financial activities and works of the government entity. 2-Ensuring the commitment of all
departments of the entity to implement the decisions, regulations and
administrative circulars issued by the entity and following up on the implementation
of the decisions of the Council of Ministers, the Civil Service Council, the
Civil Service Bureau and the Ministry of Finance. 3-Revising the procedures for
implementing the financial and administrative activities of the entity,
examining and evaluating them in the light of the approved financial and
administrative policies. 4-Follow up on preparing
reports and memoranda of the entity associated to the reports and observations
of the various supervisory authorities in the country and expressing opinion on
them. 5-Coordination and
cooperation with various departments to ensure the implementation of the approved
upon clauses to the fullest. 6-Preparing periodic reports of
the auditing of the entity’s activities and achievements and presenting them to
the authority’s officials, show casing any obstacles or difficulties that may
hinder the entity’s work and advising appropriate solutions to them. 7-Any other tasks assigned to
the office by the minister. |
