Coordination between
cultural offices abroad and the rest of the ministry's departments regarding
the work of the administration. 2-
Follow up on budget
estimates for cultural offices in coordination with the financial and
administrative affairs departments in the ministry. 3-
Preparing and organizing a
special archive that includes all documents related to cultural offices. 4-
Participation in various
committees for selecting attaches, consultants and heads of cultural offices. 5-
Follow-up on the
implementation of ministerial decisions related to the work and activity of the
administration. 6-
Supervising the preparation
of an advanced database for cultural offices abroad and working to update it. 7-
Follow up on the
arrangement of visits of the Ministry's delegations to the cultural offices to oversee
the progress of work in coordination with the concerned departments. 8-
Identify obstacles that may
hinder the work of cultural offices and find the appropriate solutions. 9-
Providing the media with
the necessary information on the activities of the cultural offices in
coordination with the concerned departments. 10-
Follow up on what’s being
published in the media related to the work of cultural offices and take the
necessary action in coordination with the concerned departments. 11-
Supervising the
organization of the annual conference of foreign cultural offices in
coordination with the concerned departments. 12-
Identifying the training
needs for the department’s staff in coordination with the Administrative
Development and Training Department. |
