Administration tasks: 1-Following up on all cases filed from and to the
Ministry. 2-Providing the Fatwa and
Legislation Department with all the necessary documents in the cases filed by
or against the Ministry. 3- Follow up on the rights of
the Ministry with others to obtain them cordially, and in case this is not
possible, inform the Fatwa and Legislation Department to take litigation
procedures in their regard. 4-Get in touch with the
various state agencies in all matters relating to the legal aspects related to
the work of the administration. 5-Taking administrative
investigation procedures in office violations, preparing reports with its facts
and justifications, and submitting it to the competent authorities in the
Ministry to take the necessary action with the implementation of disciplinary
decisions. 6- Participation in the
various committees in the ministry related to the work of the administration. 7-Preparing periodic reports
and statistics on the department's activity. 8-Supervising the
identification of training needs for the management’s staff, in coordination
with the Administrative Development and Training Department. ·
