The Ministry of Higher Education announces the opening of registration for the scholarship’s plan for direct admission for the academic year 2023/2024, during the period from 11th June 2023 to 28th February 2024 for Kuwaiti students only, graduates of high school and its equivalent, and those who have obtained certified and unconditional admission for the academic year 2023/2024, with a minimum average of 90% or its equivalent in the 3.50 points system.
