Based on the directions of His Highness the Prime Minister, may God protect him, and the follow-up of His Excellency the Minister of Education and the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Council of Ministers decided to assign the Ministry of Higher Education to coordinate with the Ministry of Finance to increase the allocations for students studying abroad by 50%, starting from the beginning of the fiscal year 1^st April 2023.
